Advance Cancellation Requirement

After the 15-minute grace period, cancellations are only accepted if your booking is scheduled at least 3 days from the transaction date. This policy ensures fair scheduling and resource allocation.

3. Cancellation Scenarios

⚠️ Case-by-Case Review

Condition: Emergency situations, medical issues, or extraordinary circumstances.
Result: Manual review by our support team, potential partial refund or rescheduling.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Condition: Cancellation after 15 minutes with booking scheduled within 3 days, or no-shows.
Result: No refund, but may be offered rescheduling option (subject to availability).

4. Emergency Cancellations
