All refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking:

Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours and verifies eligibility according to our cancellation policy.
You receive an email confirmation with refund approval details and expected processing timeline.
Refund is initiated through our payment processor and processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
You receive a final confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed and credited to your account.
Bank processing times may vary. If you dont see the refund after 10 working days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
Refunds are processed in the original currency. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not covered by us.
