  • Within 15 minutes: Cancellation made within 15 minutes of booking creation
  • Advance cancellation: Booking cancelled with session scheduled 3+ days ahead
  • Service unavailability: When we cannot provide the booked service
  • Technical issues: Problems on our end preventing service delivery

Partial Refund (Case-by-Case)

  • Emergency situations: Medical emergencies with proper documentation
  • Force majeure: Natural disasters or extraordinary circumstances
  • Service disruption: Significant quality issues during session

No Refund Policy

  • Late cancellations: Within 3 days of session without emergency
  • No-shows: Failure to attend scheduled session without notice
  • Service completion: After successful completion of the session
  • Policy violations: Breach of terms and conditions
